This is an exempt position, and pay is determined based on experience.
Essential Duties:
- Execute eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase market share.
- Lead, manage, and train eCommerce associates, including Assistant Managers and/or Retail Leads, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize eCommerce operations.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve eCommerce performance and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with Goodwill Industries of New Mexico policies, procedures, standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Adhere to Goodwill attendance and punctuality requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
- Implement CARF standards within assigned programs and uphold professional ethics as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Policy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
