Job Title: Lead Dock Worker
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $15.60 an hour
Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week). Days and hours vary. Two days off per week.

General Job Duties: Ensure proper accountability by documentation and placement of incoming goods, as well as proper and secure loading of outgoing product. Assist in guidance of dock personnel during performance of job required duties, ensuring proper work ethic guidelines and accountability of dock personnel are being met. Safely operate and maintain a forklift and company vehicle as needed, meeting all Goodwill certification and licensing requirements. Help maintain clean and safe working dock and yard areas at all times. Other additional duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications: Prior work experience in related field. Must demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and donors. Must have proven computer and math skills. Ability to work with and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged. Planning and organizing skills required. Must possess and maintain Forklift certification at all times.
Physical Requirements: Walking, stooping, standing, reaching, pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis. Some heavier lifting required with assistance. Good physical stamina. Must be sufficiently mobile to cover area assigned and be able to bend, reach and stand for extended periods of time.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements and ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check. Must have documented Forklift Certification.
