GENERAL SUMMARY: The Driver Helper, a full-time position, works under the supervision of the Transportation Manager and is responsible for assisting the Driver with loading and unloading trucks and trailers as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the loading and unloading of all donated goods, ensuring proper sorting and placement of materials into designated containers. Assist in loading and unloading of all trucks and trailers with processed goods and materials for store shipments, salvage and trash runs. Assist drivers with navigation and observation of potential hazards. Ensures compliance with all Goodwill Industries® Sacramento Valley Northern Nevada policies, CARF standards, and safety and security regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
