    Job description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Mission Services CRM & Compliance Specialist supports compliance readiness, mission systems accuracy, and mission‑related reporting across the organization. This role helps ensure CARF compliance, maintains reliable mission data, and contributes to effective, data‑informed decision‑making.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Support CARF compliance activities, including maintaining documentation, assisting with internal audits, and contributing to corrective action planning and re?certification preparation.

    * Monitor Mission Services operations for alignment with CARF standards, helping identify potential gaps or risks and coordinating with leadership on solutions.

    * Assist in maintaining the administration and integrity of mission related systems—including CRM, grants, and other mission platforms—in collaboration with system owners and leadership.

    * Monitor data quality and system usage, proactively noting issues related to accuracy, consistency, or reporting reliability.

    * Support data collection, analysis, and reporting needed for grant applications and ongoing grant compliance by tracking requirements and deadlines.

    * Assist with mission related system transitions or updates, including data cleanup support, user guidance, documentation updates, and troubleshooting common issues.

    * Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI to support Mission Services and grant reporting needs.

    * Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Mission Services reports and help identify trends, risks, or opportunities where appropriate.

    * Provide basic training and support to Mission Services staff on systems, reporting tools, and compliance related processes.

    * Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining mission?related policies, processes, and playbooks.

    * Partner with the Learning & Development team to help ensure mission operations training materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with best practices.

    * Identify opportunities for process improvement or better use of data and share recommendations proactively with leadership.

    * Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all mission related data and records.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

    * Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    * 2-3 years of experience in compliance, systems support (CRM, grants), reporting, or data analytics.

    * Experience with CARF accreditation or similar compliance frameworks preferred, or a willingness to learn.

    * Familiarity with CRM or grants management systems preferred.

    * Experience supporting system implementations or updates, including user training or documentation.

    * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic Power BI skills, or ability to learn quickly.

    * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    * Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and take initiative with minimal oversight.

    * Sound judgment, including comfort identifying concerns and recommending improvements.

    * Experience drafting or editing policies, processes, or reference materials preferred.

    * Experience supporting training or collaborating with Learning & Development preferred.

    * Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation; occasional travel is required.

    * Requires a proactive, independent self starter who anticipates needs, identifies issues early, and advances work without detailed instruction, while also collaborating effectively with Mission Services leadership, Learning & Development, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment across the organization.
