    • Assist in planning and executing recruiting programs and law school recruiting events, including logistics, attorney participation, hiring committee coordination, and post-offer engagement.

    • Support the Summer Associate Program through event planning, communications, training logistics, evaluations, and other program initiatives.

    • Prepare interview schedules, coordinate candidate visits, greet candidates, collect feedback, and compile evaluation summaries.

    • Draft offer and declination letters.

    • Process recruiting-related expenses, manage departmental materials and supplies, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.

    • Partner with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new attorneys and summer associates.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or law school career services setting.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), recruiting databases, and leveraging AI tools responsibly.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional, responsive, and collegial demeanor.

    • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.

    • Self-starter with strong initiative; able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
