    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
    • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
    • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience working in the ad space - first party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.
    • Experience working with ad tech products - ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics and understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.
    • Effective project management, people management and leadership skills; problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

    gTech Ads has established a new Agency and Partners (gAP) Organization with a mission to scale expert services by establishing a thriving and technically enabled ecosystem.

    As an Ad Solutions Engineer in the gAP Engineering team, you will be responsible for creating and scaling specific tools, platforms, and strategies for our most Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients. Through developing, implementing, and optimizing technical frameworks, this team will help agencies and partners achieve their business goals while establishing long-term tech and marketing capabilities.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
    US: $102000 - $144000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and build a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.
    • Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally.
    • Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals.
