Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of software engineers, fostering career growth and professional development. Foster a supportive, innovative, and collaborative team environment. Attract, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to grow the team.
- Refine development workflows to facilitate seamless collaboration and guide technical directions. Uphold software engineering best practices to build high-performing, scalable, and maintainable systems while continuously improving operational workflows.
- Equip the team with necessary tooling and processes for smooth execution. Craft strategic long-term roadmaps and visions aligned with overall organizational objectives.
- Drive full end-to-end program delivery, from initial planning through release. Partner with cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders to establish scope, define key milestones, assign resources, mitigate risks, and communicate progress.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key partner teams.
