Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- 5 years of experience managing a HR team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Ability to communicate in Polish fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective communication skills, understanding how to communicate large complex change, with demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Country HR leader driving the people agenda and enabling and empowering business priorities within your market.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive country people plan, partnering closely with global partners, country Managers and cite Leaders to foster high engagement and organizational health.
- Collaborate closely with our regional and global partners on the local implementation of global policies and lead tailored, local initiatives to address our business needs.
- Lead our partnerships with employee representatives and unions.
- Lead our unified in-country HR team to enable and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience. Grow and develop a high performing team.
