    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account planning, or business development.
    • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to engage with clients in the region.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in the digital industry or Automotive industry with a focus on brand management and consumer communication.
    • Proven success in Sales/Marketing or experience in a digital business (e.g., agency, consultancy).
    • Expertise in digital marketing with deep knowledge of Google advertising products across Search, YouTube, Display and Measurement.
    • Deep knowledge of Automotive industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop strong relationships with Automotive clients, their agencies, and their consultancies. Develop strong, solution-based pitches with a branding focus.
    • Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid sales plans, and prepare and conduct pitches and sales presentations.
    • Represent the Automotive Team at internal and external events and trade fairs, as well as advocate for new product releases, both internally and externally.
    • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with the broader industry and to serve as an advocate at industry events and conferences.
    • Collaborate with major customers beyond the ads business with the goal of extending relationships, increasing our client and agency network, and establishing long-term partnerships.
