    Job description

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 4 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, business development, or strategy consulting firms building business strategies.
    • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in Media and Entertainment (e.g., Aggregators, Gaming, RMG, or Entertainment and Streaming).
    • Experience building and managing executive-level relationships with customers or agency partners in a complex, matrixed organization.
    • Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to influence towards shared objectives.
    • Excellent business acumen including problem-solving with extensive quantitative analysis.
    • Distinctive problem-solving and structuring skills, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and commercial recommendations to influence shared objectives.

    In this role, you will demonstrate consultative sales capabilities, linking business and marketing objectives with advertising solutions.     Responsibilities

    • Engage directly with sales partners (i.e., Director and Management-level) to drive operational efficiency and accelerate sales velocity.
    • Act as a vertical thought leader to our advertisers. Translate your vertical fluency into spotting common issues and growth opportunities across your portfolio, as well as actively contributing to relevant internal communities and forums.
    • Consult Google’s largest customers in growing their international businesses by managing the full sales lifecycle from discovery to C-level delivery. This includes: uncovering objectives; diagnosing operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, and localization); formulating data-driven GTM recommendations accounting for local consumer and performer trends; and critically linking them with Google’s suite of solutions.
