    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5 years of experience in a technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
    • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to engage and support English and Japanese speaking clients.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
    • A deep understanding of Google and competitor ads products, as well as the broader privacy-safe measurement landscape.
    • Ability to advise internal and external stakeholders (like developer teams) on the end-to-end process life cycle.
    • Expertise in setting up Enhanced Conversions (EC), Google Analytics (GA4), Consent Mode, and Tagging (including server-side tagging and API integrations).
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome Dev Tools, and working with APIs.

    As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
    You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

    The Measurement Readiness Specialist serves as a technical expert on Google's measurement products, working with Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to assess their readiness, identify gaps, and implement solutions at scale. This role involves close collaboration with clients, agencies, and internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Discover customer measurement needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly issues/goals.
    • Analyze existing 3P partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
    • Participate in ideation, design, and delivery of joint services plan.
    • Act as a consulting partner for ads measurement and data ingestion needs.
