    About the job

The Global third-party (3P) Measurement team within Global agency and third-party ecosystems (A&3PE) serves as the technical and commercial engine driving Google's global third-party measurement partnerships. While traditional sales teams drive media investment, our team owns the infrastructure that proves its impact—partnering with leading measurement providers, data integrators, and attribution platforms to define media success in a privacy-centric ecosystem. We standardize Google's measurement methodologies across the global partner landscape to ensure advertiser spend is anchored by verifiable data, robust incrementality testing, and scalable Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Joining this team means shaping upstream partner strategy, technical ecosystem architecture, and global GTM activation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    • Design and lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and technical milestones with Global Partner HQs to ensure partner measurement solutions are technically ready for Google’s product roadmap and privacy requirements.
    • Translate internal Product Area (GPS) priorities into actionable technical milestones, ensuring that partners natively adopt Google Ads APIs, Ads Data Hub (ADH), and Data Strength strategies across all global markets.
    • Manage the global-to-local deployment of technical enablers, including the management of the additive tech fund (ATF) and the standardization of global measurement certification.
    • Lead technical pilots and integrations (e.g., Conversion API and server-side tracking) with high-potential measurement partners, coordinating with gTech and Product Engineering to oversee implementation.
    • Lead partner-facing performance governance (QBRs) at the HQ level to monitor progress against technical integration milestones, adoption rates of privacy-safe signals, and activation progress across regional networks.
