    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
    • Experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or managing technology integration with external partners.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
    • Experience managing executive relationships with C-suite partners or enterprise agencies.
    • Experience bridging sales and engineering to activate advanced technology integration use cases.
    • Deep understanding of Google's digital advertising solutions and enterprise sales dynamics.
    • Ability to drive business outcomes through strategic planning and commercial negotiation.
    • Capability in programmatically scaling services and partner capabilities in a global context.

    gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

    As a Partner Delivery Manager, you are the strategic orchestrator for a portfolio of Google's critical third-party partners. Placed at the absolute heart of the new gAP Organization, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from strategic planning and technical readiness to delivery governance and performance management.
    Serving as a senior solutions and enablement bridge to partner C-suites, this hybrid role blends strategy, technical expertise, and program management. You will define the delivery strategy, drive partner activation goals, and ensure they are fully equipped to scale the delivery of Google's advertising solutions.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
    US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Own and cultivate trusted partnerships with C-suite leaders across assigned portfolios, acting as the primary contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, and governance.
    • Lead executive-level business reviews (e.g., QBRs) to evaluate performance against goals, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term partner health and satisfaction.
    • Serve as the key link between partners and Google leadership teams across Agency Sales, regional gTech, and Product, translating partner needs into strategic internal priorities.
    • Assess partner technical maturity, define tool requirements for Engineering teams, and orchestrate the gTech engagement journey to certify capabilities to deliver services at scale.
    • Drive end-to-end delivery, consulting on activations and implementing robust quality assurance frameworks to validate that partner deliverables meet Google's technical standards prior to incentive validation.
