The Japan Regional Enablement Lead (REL) acts as a partner to the Japan Office of the President, COO and Chief of Staff. You will be the critical link between global enablement strategy and regional execution, responsible for supporting the Priorities across Japan.

- Design and execute the Enablement plan. Act as a member of the Japan extended leadership team, providing a bidirectional feedback loop.
- Drive daily usage and proficiency in tools like Gemini Enterprise and NotebookLM. Enable Field Sales Representatives and Customer Engineers to move beyond technical features to deliver AI-first business narratives.
- Lead Gemini Enterprise initiatives, tailoring global business assets into sessions that resonate with the Japan market and manager Community of Practice, focusing on "Coaching through Uncertainty".
- Deploy refresher resources that empower managers to help their teams create value narratives. Execute required learning through internal learning management systems.
- Ensure that the region attains 80% or more completion of required courses. Translate and adapt global business plays into local market contexts to ensure relevance.
