    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years of experience in technology business or business development at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
    • Experience in developing Cloud or Information Technology (IT) solutions.
    • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience promoting infrastructure software, databases and tools, or applications software in the telecom industry.
    • Experience in working on business and legal agreements with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
    • Experience in managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.

    Responsibilities

    • Build relationships with enterprise customers, influence their direction, and serve as a business partner.
    • Manage entire business cycles, present to executives within corporate and global accounts.
    • Guide account strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities, work with customer engineers and Google partners to create new opportunities.
    • Understand each customer’s technology portfolio, growth plans, business motivators, technology strategy, and engaged landscape.
    • Motivate business development, forecast business, and achieve goals by guiding customers through the entire business cycle.
