Operations Accountant– GP Fund Solutions

What You’ll Do:
- Daily maintenance of journal entries related to payroll, expenses, accruals, and other routine transactions, including processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
- Provide client service across a range of matters, including transaction recording and analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of financial workpaper packages.
- Prepare and/or review cash reporting and execute payments via wire and check.
- Maintain accurate client and investor wiring instructions across multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports, including bank account reconciliations.
- Assist in the coordination of annual tax packages.
- Prepare and oversee semi-monthly payrolls using third-party vendors.
- Prepare and review quarterly accounts receivable invoices.
- Additional responsibilities may arise based on business need.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
- 0-2 years of experience, Internships included
- Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, US GAAP Expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
