    Learning Events Coordinator

    Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) | Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Main Event Coordinator to support the delivery of executive learning programs, leadership events, and strategic initiatives for a leading global financial institution in New York City. This is a hands-on role that combines event management, logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring leadership development programs and high-profile corporate events are executed seamlessly from planning through delivery.     Program & Event Coordination

    · Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership development programs, training initiatives, and executive events.

    · Manage schedules, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities.

    · Support participant registration, communications, and administration.

    · Coordinate across stakeholder groups, vendors, and internal teams.

    · Track project deliverables and maintain operational excellence.

    Venue & Vendor Management

    · Coordinate event venues, hotels, meeting spaces, catering, and onsite logistics.

    · Manage relationships with external vendors and venue partners.

    · Oversee room setup, branding, event materials, and participant resources.

    · Conduct venue walkthroughs and ensure readiness.

    · Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

    Onsite Event Delivery

    · Provide onsite support for leadership programs and executive events.

    · Coordinate facilitators, speakers, ambassadors, venue teams, and suppliers.

    · Manage last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency.

    · Ensure a high-quality participant experience.

    · Maintain exceptional standards of execution.

    What We're Looking For

    Required Experience

    · Experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, training programs, or learning initiatives.

    · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    · Experience working with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

    · Strong operational, project coordination, and logistical planning experience.

    Additional Information

    · Location: Onsite in New York City, NY

    · Contract Length: 6 months

    · Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required

    · Flexibility to support multi-day programs and occasional events outside standard business hours
