    About the Role

    Plaza Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. We’re looking for a licensed professional who is passionate about preventative care, patient education, and creating a comfortable experience for every patient. You’ll have the opportunity to provide quality clinical care while building strong, trusting relationships with the patients you serve.

    Flexible Schedule – Ideally 3–4 Days Per Week

    We’re happy to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that works well for both you and the practice. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is available 3–4 days per week, with flexibility around which days are worked.
    • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
    • Conduct periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments
    • Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays)
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatments
    • Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
    • Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
    • Create a comfortable and positive experience for patients
    • Active Dental Colorado Hygienist license required
    • Current CPR/BLS certification required
    • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
