Summary of Position
The Reverse Unit Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the reverse unit, power swivel, pit, and associated equipment during well servicing operations. This role provides technical expertise, assists customers with well-site decisions, and ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Graco and customer requirements.
Essential Functions
- Make safe and appropriate decisions while operating the reverse unit in a stand-alone capacity at the wellsite.
- Read, understand, and independently implement customer project procedures.
- Conduct safety meetings with rig crew ensuring work is done properly and safely
- Coordinate and ensure movement of the reverse unit and associated equipment.
- Adhere to all Graco customer policies, safety rules and work requirements.
- Maintain required knowledge of DOT rules, regulations, and all applicable company, local, state, and federal requirements.
- Remain available on a 24-hour basis to respond to customer needs.
- Perform requirement maintenance on all equipment within assigned control.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repairs are completed as needed.
- Participate in required job-related and regulatory training.
- Calculate pump requirements and determine proper equipment needed for all job types.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the physical constraints of the job.
