Grand Circle is looking for Program Directors (Tour Directors) who are willing to take risks and challenge themselves to provide travelers with unforgettable experiences on our escorted tours:
What We Require:
- 3 to 5 Years of experience guiding tours in the above
- Passion for the destinations, their people, culture, and traditions
- Go beyond the touristy destination to connect your travelers with the locals
- Knowledge (History, Everyday Life, Nature, Culture) of the destinations
- Flexibility, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to make quick decisions to address last-minute changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
Working Responsibilities:
- In charge of the program's overall quality and delivering an unforgettable experience for travelers.
- Deliver all the information about the destination/program/schedule.
- Understand travelers' expectations (especially IC Members) and focus on their enjoyment of the trip.
- Reconfirms every service with
- Represent GCT to keep a cordial and formal relationship with our
- Listen to travelers' feedback, take notes, and communicate with the GCT Office.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $220 USD daily rate (with up to 20% increase after 3 years) based on performance
- Gratuity: $7- $10 /person/day (average group size: 35 )
- Incentive: Up to an additional 40% of your base salary upon achieving Excellence goals
