    After-Sales Engineer

    Location: Tianjin

    What are your main tasks?

    1. Active management of 0-KM claim handling and support field claim handling based on data analysis following group Problem Resolution Process (GPQ) requirements.
    2. Claim settlements (incl. 0-km & field warranty reimbursement and negotiation)
    3. Support key account leaders and customer relationship/commercial leader in negotiation of customers’ services & quality agreements
    4. Manage customer interface & team (RQE – Resident Quality Engineer)
    5. Customer audits/visits, ECM (Engineering Change Management) – translate VOC and VOB, establish trust from customer.
    6. Manage customer quality process including escalation.
    7. Make processes measurable, report in customer satisfaction, claims, warranty, follow up the gap closure in a regular manner.
    8. To complete other tasks that leader assigned.

    What are your qualifications?

    1. Master knowledge of international quality system, rich experience with quality management at production
    2. Have knowledge of national laws of product quality, FMEA,SPC,APQP,PPAP,MSA
    3. Familiar with quality management methods
    4. Capable of creation of documentation for quality management system
    5. Flexible, adaptable, persuasive. Strong in education and coordination
    6. Solid, diligent, concentrative and serious. Teamwork oriented
    7. Undergraduate or above in Science and Engineering, Min. 3 years of work experience with quality management in automobile or manufacturing field
