LEAN Manager – Role Summary:
Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, implementing LEAN methodologies, optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing operational waste, increasing productivity, and supporting cost-efficiency targets through systematic process improvement.
GPS Manager (Grammer Production System Manager) – Role Summary:
Responsible for implementing, managing, and sustaining Grammer Production System standards, leading strategic operational excellence projects, ensuring compliance with corporate production requirements, supporting organizational transformation, and strengthening process standardization across the plant.
