Job description

Leadership and development of the logistics team, including setting responsibilities and priorities;
Management of planning and coordination of customer deliveries in line with production requirements and customer deadlines;
Management and coordination of logistics processes within the plant;
Optimization and management of material flows, inventory levels and stocktaking;
Coordination of external and internal logistics service providers;
Monitoring and evaluation of logistics KPIs and implementation of corrective actions;
Responsibility for logistics costs and identification of optimization opportunities;
Resolution of operational issues and escalations related to material availability, transportation and customer deliveries;
Ensuring compliance with internal standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and customer logistics requirements;
Setting up and continuously improving logistics processes in line with JIT/JIS and Lean Management principles, with a focus on increasing efficiency;
Cooperation in new project launches from a logistics and planning perspective.
