Product Engineer

Location (Hybrid, permanent/full-time): Ningbo

What are your main tasks you can expect?

Responsible for product technical definition and process feasibility, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, solution plans, quality and cost targets;
Ensure that the technical interface plan complies with product quality and cost targets;
Ensure that project progress complies with technical milestones;
Manage BOP definition and ensure technical integration of suppliers;
Responsible for product application support, including technical support, product promotion, technical training, and the preparation of related manuals and documentation.

What qualifications do you bring with you?

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related majors;
More than 4 years of product R&D experience, with no less than 3 years of seat development experience;
Familiar with the product development process in the automotive industry, and familiar with DTS, GD&T, and statistical process control;
Familiar with production manufacturing and assembly processes, and familiar with IATF/TS16949, as well as APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC;
Familiar with office software, and familiar with CATIA or UG CAD;
Customer-oriented (experience and ability in communicating with customers);
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is preferred;
Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
