Shipping Team Member

Location: Shannon

What are your main tasks?

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and load materials.
Prepare finished goods and materials for outgoing shipments.
Stage materials according to shipment schedules and requirements.
Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping information prior to shipment.
Complete shipping paperwork and required system transactions.
Load trucks and trailers according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate shipment and material records.
Identify and report discrepancies related to material, quantities, labels, or shipping documentation.
Maintain organization of shipping, staging, and storage areas.
Support inventory counts and material verification activities as needed.
Follow established safety, material handling, and departmental procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What are your qualifications?

Forklift operation and safe material handling practices.
Shipping and shipment preparation processes.
Shipping documentation and paperwork requirements.
Basic computer and system transaction skills.
Ability to verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipment information.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Basic organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
