At Granger Construction, we're looking for an IT Project & Change Lead who can help guide technology, business process, and organizational transformation initiatives across the company. In this role, you'll partner with leaders, teammates, and vendors to deliver projects that improve business performance, enhance employee experiences, and support strategic objectives.

What You'll Do
- Lead technology and business transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
- Build and execute organizational change management strategies that support successful adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and business requirements gathering.
- Develop communication plans, training strategies, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, vendors, and key milestones.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leaders to prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
- Measure project outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts across business and technology functions.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in project management, organizational change management, business analysis, business transformation, or a related field.
- Experience leading technology implementations, process improvement efforts, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating needs into solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience developing communication plans, training materials, and change adoption strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- PMP, CAPM, CBAP, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications
- Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environments
