JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Oracle Apps DBA
Title: Sr. Member Technical Staff/ Tech Lead
Location: ATC Gurgaon Office
New/Replacement New On-roll position
SUMMARY:
Oracle Apps DBA with 4 to 7 years of experience to provide L2 and L3 support to Production environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 4 to 7 years of Oracle Apps DBA experience with R12.2.4 experience desirable
 Performing database administration activities
 Collaboration with Application Development teams to support Oracle Applications 11i and R12
 Performing capacity monitoring and short and long-term capacity planning in collaboration with development
 Collaborate with System administrators and architects.
 Proposing solutions identifying tools and generating procedures to ensure an efficient consistent repeatable environment
 Good exposure on RMAN ASM AD Utilities DB patching Refresh/cloning etc.
 Good exposure in Shell scripting db & apps performance analysis
 Specific experience with Oracle Applications R12.0.x or higher and on AD utilities Proven experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning and testing
 Experience with Fusion Middleware 11g AS10gR3 AS10gR2 OEM and/or RAC desired
 Good Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager would be added advantage.
 Proven ability to work through SRs with Oracle Corporation technical support
 Demonstrated diagnostic skills

 Regular full time B.E/B.Tech/MCA
 4 to 7 years of relevant experience of Oracle Apps DBA experience.
 Oracle Certified Professional (OCP ) will be added advantage

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
 Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently

 Regular full time B.E/B.Tech/MCA
 4 to 7 years of relevant experience of Oracle Apps DBA experience.
