Leadership:

Roles: General Managers, General Sales Managers, Sales Managers & Finance Managers

• Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the RV selection process, manage dealership sales, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales management, customer service, or dealership operations within an RV or Auto dealership.         
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of RV products is a plus, and a passion for the outdoors is a must!

Service & Technical:

Roles: Service Managers & RV Technicians

• Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems to keep our customers safely on the road.
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a service team.
  • Industry certification (RVIA/RVDA) is a plus, but additional specialized training is provided.
