Youth Services Case Manager (Family Advocate III)
Office Location: 801 Kirk Street, Fostoria, OH 44830
Service Area: This position provides services throughout Crawford, Hancock, Hardin, Marion, Putnam, and Wyandot counties. Regular travel within the assigned service area is required.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday
Weekly Hours: 34 hours per week
Employment Type: Year-Round Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $23.47 per hour, based on education and experience
Position Overview:
Provide case management and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing housing instability or other barriers to self-sufficiency. Assess participant needs, coordinate community resources, and build collaborative relationships with service providers and property owners to promote housing stability and long-term success.

Benefits and Perks:
Education:
Associate's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
At least three years of experience providing case management or working with at-risk youth, adults, or families.
