This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned company vehicles and the delivery of petroleum products to company owned sites and customers. The Fuel Truck Driver must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, and operational excellence. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate company fuel delivery trucks in accordance with company policies, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Load, transport, and unload petroleum products while following established safety procedures and hazardous material handling requirements. Travel approximately 75% of the time to support customer locations and operational needs, with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and routes. Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain company vehicles, equipment and related facilities in accordance with company standards.
Complete and submit delivery documentation, logs, and required paperwork accurately, and timely. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and operations personnel to ensure safe and efficient delivery operations. Maintain a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, customer service, and company policies. .
