Job Description:
Mandatory Skills
* Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in performing project-level QA and/or independent project oversight services for enterprise system implementations as defined in Appendix 1
* Minimum of ten (10) years of total experience managing pre-implementation planning, system implementation, performing project-level QA, performing IV&V or performing independent project oversight on enterprise systems projects as defined in
Desired Skills
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing IV&V for enterprise system implementations as defined in Appendix 1.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience with managing pre-implementation planning, system implementation, performing project-level QA, performing IV&V, or performing independent project oversight for tolling customer service center systems
* A valid project management certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
* Expert knowledge of WA State Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) IT standards, policies and guidelines.
* Expert knowledge of the IT Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and guidelines along with system implementation best practices and procedures
