Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Analytics professional to serve as the dedicated, end-to-end analytics owner for a specific business area — Product, Finance, Servicing Operations, Regulatory/Compliance, Fraud, or Marketing — within our Analytics & Insights team.
In this role, you will own the full analytics lifecycle, from building data pipelines and writing structured SQL queries in AWS Redshift, to developing compelling Tableau dashboards and automated reports that surface key insights for our BaaS partners. You'll translate complex business questions into clear, actionable analytical frameworks, delivering findings in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As you build deep subject-matter expertise in your assigned business area's data and metrics, you'll become the team's trusted go-to resource, proactively identifying analytical opportunities and data gaps while driving solutions independently.
Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership across revenue, product, operations, and engineering teams, a commitment to data quality through rigorous documentation and QA, and personal accountability to delivery timelines and stakeholder commitments — all in service of turning data into a strategic advantage for Green Dot's partners.

The targeted full-time base salary for this position is $87,500 to $131,100 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
