As a Junior Sales Trader, you will:
- Actively support client coverage, helping price, negotiate, and execute deals in real time
- Proactively build your own client network and generate commercial opportunities
- Participate directly in market-making discussions, pricing sessions, and daily market calls
- Develop trading intuition by monitoring market movements, client flow, and liquidity
- Take part in structuring commercial deals and preparing client proposals
- Support senior sales traders during client calls and follow up on commercial leads
- Coordinate internally to ensure trades are confirmed, settled, and compliant
- Join senior traders in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to grow your book
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Strong commercial mindset and interest in energy, sustainability, or trading
- Fluent English, any additional language is a plus
- A first experience in sales or trading is desirable
- Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and negotiation
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn in a demanding commercial environment
- Willing to relocate to Dubai
- Short notice availability
