As a Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for delivering an excellent user experience for our clients. You will own Customer Success activities across key client touchpoints including new user onboarding, user support and training, and at-risk client outreach. You will partner with Sales & Account Management to identify meaningful client engagement opportunities to deliver value, grow product adoption and drive customer satisfaction.
In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
