Head of Tooling

Job Summary

We are seeking a Head of Tooling to lead and coordinate the activities of the Tooling Department, ensuring efficient operations in accordance with internal regulations, company procedures, and applicable legislation.

This role is responsible for supporting the achievement of departmental objectives while promoting operational excellence and compliance across all tooling activities.

Key responsibilities:

• ​Plan, organize, implement, coordinate, and monitor the activities of the Tooling Department;

• Ensure the efficient operation of the department in line with established quality and production volume objectives;

• Ensure the timely delivery of finished products in accordance with established deadlines;

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation;

• Act as the management representative within the assigned area of responsibility.
