Greenbrier is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of railcars, with a growing presence in Europe – including our European HQ in Amsterdam, three R&D centers in Slovakia, Poland, Romania and three production sites across Poland and Romania.

We are seeking an IT Intern to support the IT team in providing day-to-day technical assistance to employees and maintaining Microsoft-based workplace solutions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in IT operations, user support, and modern workplace technologies within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting end users with day-to-day technical issues and requests.
• Assisting with software installation, configuration, and maintenance on workstations.
• Providing basic support for Microsoft 365 applications and services. Supporting user account management within Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Assisting the IT team with ongoing operational tasks and projects. Helping to prepare and configure devices for end users.
• Participating in troubleshooting activities and documenting solutions.

Your profile:

• Student or graduate interested in developing a career in Information Technology.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• A willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot would be an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
