🚀 What’s the opportunity?

As Kitchen Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working alongside the team to deliver great food and consistently high standards.

You’ll:

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen and lead from the front.
• Support, coach and develop the kitchen team, helping everyone perform at their best.
• Maintain consistently high standards across food quality, presentation and service.
• Make sure the kitchen is organised and prepared for every service.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and served consistently and to the required standards.
• Learn and develop your knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and commercial performance.
• Support with stock takes, ordering, stock rotation and wastage.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Ensure allergen controls and kitchen compliance are followed correctly.
• Work closely with the General Manager and wider management team.
• Help prepare the kitchen for busy weekends, family occasions and key trading periods.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Help create a positive kitchen culture where everyone works together and supports each other.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and new ideas to the kitchen.
• Get stuck in during busy services and lead by example.
