What you'll be doing
You'll take the lead in our kitchen, making sure every service runs smoothly and every dish leaves the kitchen to the standard our customers expect.
You'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing your kitchen team, creating a positive environment where people can learn, grow and perform at their best.
You'll take ownership of food quality, kitchen standards, stock control and costs, while making sure we consistently deliver great pub food.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and wider pub team, bringing ideas to the table and helping drive the overall success of the business.
And when things get busy, you'll be the calm, confident leader your team can rely on.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced Chef who is ready to take ownership of a kitchen and make their mark.
You'll have experience leading a kitchen team and be confident running a busy service. You'll care about quality and consistency, have a good understanding of kitchen costs and standards, and know how to get the best from the people around you.
Most importantly, you'll have a real passion for food and hospitality. You'll take pride in what you do and understand that great food is at the heart of a great pub experience.
