About the Role
We’re looking for a YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow the YouTube presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations, including publishing and content scheduling.
- Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
- Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post-production.
- Review videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips.
- Manage YouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance.
- Create supporting carousel and social media content.
- Publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong interest in YouTube, content, and digital media.
- Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content performance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content pieces.
