Desarrollar el plan de mantenimiento, coordinando recursos y garantizando la disponibilidad de equipos con base en las normativas, procedimientos y políticas de la compañía, con la finalidad de optimizar eficiencias, tiempos improductivos y costo de mantenimiento.
Gestionar ordenes de trabajo y avisos mediante el sistema SAP PM para maximizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de equipos.
Optimizar el presupuesto asignado a través de la planificación anual para garantizar el cumplimiento del Plan de Mantenimiento.
Analizar KPI´s del área de ingeniería a través de los estándares establecidos por la Comapañía para identificar oportunidades de mejora a nivel de gestión.
Ingeniero/Tecnólogo en Mantenimiento, Electromecánica, Industrial
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares
Se requiere conocimientos medio avanzado de SAP
Conocimientos Ofimática
Conocimiento Mecánico y Eléctrico básico
