We are looking for a technical support professional with experience in levels 1 and 2, as well as knowledge of software and tools. Availability is required to work at night.
General Profile Provide first/second level contact and problem solving. Work with vendors to fix complex antivirus issues as needed. Provide timely communication on the status and resolution of the issue. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, other authorized desktop application. Knowledge in inventory and warehouse control and video conferencing rooms Must have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple PC users. Install, update, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware. Performs general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
Performs corrective repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
