Senior Salesforce Administrator - Remote in Mexico

Experience:

Senior-level Salesforce experience    Focus: Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Integrations & Data  We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Consultant with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud, CPQ, and RCA implementations . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, managing complex integrations and data processes, and supporting enterprise-level initiatives across global teams.  This role requires a strong combination of technical Salesforce expertise, business understanding, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.  Key Responsibilities   Design, configure, and deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities .  Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud , including complex business processes and configurations.  Lead or support CPQ and RCA implementations and enhancements.  Manage Salesforce data processes, including data loads, mapping, validation, and migration activities .  Work with system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools to support end-to-end business solutions.  Evaluate, implement, and support third-party AppExchange solutions .  Support Salesforce mobile capabilities and user adoption.  Participate in complex, multi-stream projects across global and cross-functional teams.  Support M&A-related Salesforce integrations and platform consolidation initiatives.  Explore and support AI-driven and agentic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.  Present technical solutions to stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business value.  Mandatory Technical Skills   Salesforce Administrator Certification – required.   Sales Cloud Consultant Certification – required.   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Sales Cloud .  Strong experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations.  Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.  Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools .  Hands-on experience with data management , including data loads, mapping templates, and Excel-based data models.  Experience managing and supporting third-party AppExchange applications .  Experience working with complex Salesforce environments and enterprise-level projects.  Preferred Skills   Experience with AI-driven or agentic solutions .  Experience with PSA tools , such as FinancialForce.  Experience with Order Management systems .  Familiarity with content management platforms such as Seismic .  Experience with Salesforce Mobile capabilities.  Experience supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems.  Leadership & Business Skills   Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams .  Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and matrix leadership .  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Ability to present technical solutions clearly and connect them to business value .  Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.      ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
