Are you an organized, energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to wear many hats? GSM Services is looking for a Residential Sales Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our Sales Team and creating an exceptional experience for both our customers and coworkers.

This is more than an administrative position—it’s a key role in the success of our Residential Sales Team. You’ll help keep our team organized, connected, and moving forward while providing the Comfort & Peace of Mind that GSM Services is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Residential Sales Team and leadership in achieving department goals while representing the mission, vision, and beliefs of GSM Services.
• Coordinate sales schedules by scheduling sales calls and helping ensure our Comfort Advisors are positioned for success.
• Follow up on unscheduled and cancelled appointments to help maximize sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage Residential Sales Lead tracking, including Bid Logs and ServiceTitan, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and yearly sales reports by Comfort Advisor.
• Assist with the Call Center call queue and provide support where needed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination between the Residential department and other GSM Services departments.
• Support the Residential Quality Assurance Program and help maintain department standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal coworkers and external customers.
• Maintain the high standards of quality, professionalism, and courtesy established by GSM Services.
• Maintain the Sales Bid Log to support accurate tracking of sales and commissions.
• Help create a positive, organized, and team-focused environment where everyone can succeed.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service and/or office administration experience
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working with dispatch or scheduling systems is preferred
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and leadership
• Ability to read and write English at a high school level
