Sr. Software Engineer - (Assets & Wealth Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend applications using Node.js.
• Build and enhance enterprise-grade digital products and platforms related to Wealth Management and Digital Assets.
• Develop solutions for Custody, Tokenization, and Blockchain-based financial products and services.
• Design and implement high-performance APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technology and design decisions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, unit testing, and technical documentation standards.
• Conduct technology research and benchmark modern engineering practices and emerging technologies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and engineering best practices across the organization.
• Required Technical Skills Backend Engineering Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and enterprise application design.
• Experience working with modern software engineering principles and best practices.
• Domain Expertise Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Assets Wealth Management Platforms Custody Solutions Tokenization Platforms Blockchain-based Financial Products Digital Banking Products Financial Services Platforms Blockchain & Emerging Technologies Strong understanding of Blockchain technologies and architectures.
• Experience working on Tokenization initiatives or Digital Asset platforms.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven applications.
• Understanding of modern FinTech ecosystems and digital asset management solutions.
• Functional Skills Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech organizations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Experience following coding standards, secure coding practices, and unit testing methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of application and technical architecture principles.
• Ability to evaluate and benchmark technologies and recommend best-in-class engineering solutions.
