Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant - (Finacle 10.x)

Key Responsibilities

• Work on development, customization, and support of  Finacle 10.x  applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Possess strong techno-functional understanding of the  Retail Loans lifecycle  in Finacle.
• Design, develop, and maintain Finacle scripts and Oracle database objects.
• Collaborate with business users and technology teams to understand functional requirements.
• Manage end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and solution implementation.
• Coordinate with multiple dependent teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead technical discussions and provide functional guidance to project stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor development team members.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, banking compliance, and best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of  Retail Loans  within the Finacle ecosystem, along with hands-on experience in  Finacle Scripting and Oracle Database .
• The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, stakeholder management, solution delivery, and collaborating with multiple teams to support and enhance core banking platforms.
