Join our Immigration department as a EB-5 Immigration Paralegal located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote).
Position Summary:
A large multinational law firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven EB-5 Immigration Paralegal / Case Specialist to support its investment immigration practice.
The role requires someone who can independently manage document-intensive cases from intake through submission, coordinate large volumes of information received through multiple channels, identify missing documentation, and turn complex case records into clear, well-organized application materials.
The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of several matters simultaneously, communicating directly with clients, learning new technology systems quickly, and making sound judgments about the documentation needed to support an application.
The initial focus of the position will be EB-5 petitions, including source and path of funds documentation, with the opportunity to support other types of U.S. immigration applications over time.
Previous U.S. immigration or EB-5 experience is an advantage but is not required. We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally managed complex, document-heavy matters through to completion in areas such as immigration, litigation, corporate transactions, regulatory filings, or other professional services environments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Independently manage multiple document-intensive immigration matters from intake through preparation for submission
- Take ownership of case progress, proactively determine next steps, and ensure matters continue moving toward applicable deadlines
- Track client documents received through multiple channels, including email threads and document upload portals
- Centralize, organize, and maintain case documentation accurately within the case management system
- Follow up directly with clients to obtain missing information and supporting documentation
- Draft clear, structured narratives and supporting documentation based on complex factual and financial records
- Prepare EB-5 source of funds and path of funds documentation and support preparation of related immigration filings
- Review financial and business records such as bank statements, tax returns, corporate documents, sale agreements, and loan documentation where relevant to the case
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
- Learn and effectively use the firm's case management, document management, and communication systems
Qualifications

- Strong case ownership and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently from intake through completion
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain control over large volumes of documents and correspondence
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and trace financial flows
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation
- Discretion in handling sensitive financial and personal information
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)
Education & Prior Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience involving independent management of complex, document-intensive matters
- Demonstrated experience personally managing a matter or case from initial intake and document collection through preparation of a final submission or deliverable
- Experience in immigration, litigation, corporate transactions, regulatory filings, legal services, or another document-intensive professional environment is highly desirable
- U.S. immigration or EB-5 experience is an advantage but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with immigration case management systems, INSZoom preferred
- Experience reviewing financial records is an advantage, particularly where combined with end-to-end ownership of complex matters
