Enrollment Practice Leader

Guardian is seeking an Enrollment Practice Leader to lead the end-to-end enrollment experience for our sales partners, brokers, employers, and members.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted enrollment expert responsible for managing complex, high-impact cases, driving enrollment success, and delivering exceptional service experiences. You will partner across Sales, Client Management, and Enrollment teams to execute strategic enrollment solutions while identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase engagement, and support the continued growth of Guardian's enrollment capabilities.

You Have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in group benefits enrollment, benefits administration, client management, or a related field.
• Proven success managing high-volume and high-impact enrollment activities with measurable results.
• Experience supporting enrollment strategies, including one-on-one enrollments, decision support tools, digital enrollment campaigns, and employee education programs.
• Strong understanding of group benefits products and enrollment best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives across multiple teams and business partners.
• Experience mentoring team members and sharing operational best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting brokers, employer groups, and distribution partners within the employee benefits industry.
• Knowledge of enrollment technologies, decision support engines, and enrollment platforms.
• Experience leveraging enrollment data and performance metrics to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Experience working in a consultative, client-facing role supporting large or complex accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational innovation and process optimization initiatives.

You Will

• Lead and manage the end-to-end group benefits enrollment process, ensuring accurate execution, operational efficiency, and exceptional client outcomes.
• Serve as the primary Guardian Enrollment contact for distribution partners, brokers, employers, and internal stakeholders throughout the enrollment lifecycle.
• Gather enrollment requirements, coordinate case-level activities, and execute enrollment deliverables to support successful enrollment events.
• Provide proactive communication, status updates, and issue resolution to stakeholders while managing ongoing enrollment-related inquiries.
• Manage complex and high-impact enrollment cases while achieving performance, service, and engagement objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales, Client Management, and internal operational teams to drive enrollment strategy execution and client success.
• Provide strategic recommendations and actionable feedback to leadership to improve enrollment processes, client experiences, and team effectiveness.
• Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Identify, recommend, and implement innovative and cost-effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and enrollment outcomes.

Reporting Relationships

As our Enrollment Practice Leader, you will report to our Enrollment Strategy Leader, who reports to our Head of Enrollment.

Location

The primary locations for this role is either Plano, TX or Newport Beach, CA.

Travel

 Approximately 30%-40% travel is required for this position.

Salary Range:

$118,980.00 - $195,465.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
