What You Will Do:

• Supervise and Mentor Payment Posting Staff

• Monitor Productivity and Accuracy Metrics

• Manage staffing schedules and workload distribution

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education)

• Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience

• 2 years of prior supervisor, leadership experience managing conflict and performance management

• Experience with Healthcare Reconciliation

• Excellent Communication Skills

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with Healthcare Payment Posting

• Experience with Healthcare Systems

• Experience with Healthcare Reconciliation

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Analytical and Problem-solving skills
