What You Will Do:

Strategic Mission Integration Senior Consultant

Guidehouse is seeking a highly-motivated Misson & Strategy Support Senior Consultant to support mission integration, operational analysis, stakeholder coordination, and strategic delivery across a complex, multi‑agency national security environment. This encompasses systems‑focused, agile, cross‑functional support — providing direct value to government partners through structured analysis, requirements synthesis, operational documentation, and integrated mission support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, excellent communication skills, comfort navigating dynamic mission spaces, and an ability to independently manage tasks and relationships. Experience in intelligence, operational analysis, defense policy, or mission‑driven project support is highly beneficial. You will:

• Provide mission support, operational analysis, and structured research to government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategic documentation, briefings, requirements, and integration products.
• Engage directly with cross‑functional partners and client stakeholders to clarify needs, capture actions, and drive delivery.
• Produce clear, high‑quality analytical outputs that translate complex operational or technical information into actionable insights.
• Work independently and with agility, managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards in a dynamic mission environment.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (national security, intelligence, international affairs, business, engineering, analysis, public policy, etc.).
• THREE (3) or more years' providing analytics and strategic mission support ideally within defense, intelligence, or national security

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Prior experience supporting IC or DoD programs, mission integration efforts, or joint mission environments.
• Demonstrated experience conducting structured analysis, mission research, operational documentation, or strategic reporting.
• Experience preparing mission briefs, strategic assessments, or senior‑level communication products.
• Familiarity with emerging threat landscapes, defense modernization efforts, or multi‑agency security missions.
• Background reflecting strategic and intelligence experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce leadership‑ready deliverables.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver with consistency in a fast‑paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
