Senior Officer, TSSO - Support Systems

1. System Management

• Maintain production systems and resolve any issues

  • Satellite Applications support

  • Application Integration and API Calls

  • Cards services

• Coordinate with vendors on system updates and requested changes

• Obtain updates/changes and arrange for implementation. 

• Provide work schedule with timelines.

1. Software Development:

• Obtain requirements from Business groups.

• Analyze business requirements in the CR and coordinate with vendors and internal staff for development and delivery

• Test and evaluate patches developed in-house or received from vendors before submitting for UAT

• Conduct Pretest with users - Demonstration to the users on new and upgraded software.

1. Business unit support:

• Support during UAT 

• Trouble-shoot systems

• Ensure business unit has required systems support

1. Reports:

• Provide business with the ad-hoc reports as per their requirements

• Work fully within risk policies & procedures and all compliance regulations

• Work as per the IT policies and procedures following the change management etc.
